T-ara's Hyomin gave another update on her life, and this time she has transformed into an office intern.
On August 1, Hyomin shared several photos and videos on her Instagram story along with the caption, “The reason my eyes look sad. I left for work but forgot my laptop at home.”
In the posts, Hyomin is seen riding in a car on her way somewhere. Later, she is shown indoors, carrying snacks from the break room, with a company ID badge hanging around her neck. She even added a speech bubble next to her face that read, “Because I’m an intern.”
Born in 1989, Hyomin debuted in 2009 as a member of T-ara. The group released numerous hit songs, including “Lies,” “Bo Peep Bo Peep,” “Roly-Poly,” “Lovey-Dovey,” and “Crazy Because of You.” Hyomin is currently active without an agency and recently started a liquor business.
This past April, Hyomin tied the knot with a non-celebrity finance professional at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul. Her husband is reportedly Kim Hyun Seung, an executive director at Bain Capital’s Seoul office. Born in 1979, Kim is 10 years older than the 36-year-old Hyomin.
Kim Hyun Seung is known as an elite graduate of Seoul National University’s Department of Industrial Engineering and has been with Bain Capital since 2018. Bain Capital is regarded as one of the leading global private equity firms, recently active in South Korea’s M&A market. At the Seoul office, Kim Hyun Seung is said to be a key figure, overseeing major deals and portfolio management.
