Former RIIZE member Seunghan, now stylized as XngHan, is preparing for his solo debut under the name XngHan & Xoul with the release of his first single titled "Waste No Time."
According to SM Entertainment, the upcoming release will feature two new songs performed by XngHan. He is also scheduled to appear on stage as part of his debut project, which highlights his artistic strengths, particularly in performance. To enhance the visual and choreographic elements, XngHan has collaborated with two professional dancers for this release.
The solo project will unfold under the brand XngHan & Xoul, a creative collective that brings together music, performance, styling, and visual art. 'Xoul' refers to a group of multidisciplinary creators who are working with XngHan to realize his vision.
Pre-orders for "Waste No Time" are now available at various online and offline music retailers.
XngHan originally debuted as a member of RIIZE in September 2023. However, due to controversy surrounding his personal life, he suspended activities indefinitely in November of the same year. In October 2023, SM Entertainment announced his return to RIIZE, but the decision was reversed just two days later following negative public response. His departure from the group was later confirmed.
In a message to fans and fellow members, XngHan expressed his apologies and stated, "I don't want to cause any more harm. I sincerely hope that RIIZE, a group I deeply love, continues to receive love and support. I will always cheer them on."
Since then, RIIZE has continued as a six-member group and has released popular tracks such as "Love 119" and "Boom Boom Bass."
