
Im Si Wan has donated to aid recovery efforts for flood damage.
On July 18, the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association announced, “Im Si Wan has donated 50 million KRW to help victims affected by the recent heavy rains.”
Im Si Wan shared, “I hope this small gesture can be of some help to neighbors who have lost their homes due to the rain,” adding, “I sincerely wish the rain stops soon and the damage is quickly restored.”
Im Si Wan has consistently demonstrated a commitment to philanthropy. He has extended a helping hand through Hope Bridge during various past disasters such as wildfires, floods, and earthquakes.
Shin Hoon, Secretary-General of Hope Bridge, stated, “We are grateful to actor Im Siwan for quietly sharing his warm heart. We hope more people will empathize with the pain of their neighbors.”
Hope Bridge, established in 1961, is the only legally recognized disaster relief organization in South Korea authorized to distribute donations for natural disaster recovery efforts.
