ENHYPEN member Jay has teamed up with American singer-songwriter MAX for a new song.
On July 18, MAX released his latest track “Love Insane” on music platforms worldwide, featuring Jay. The two artists added intensity to the song with their powerful vocals. MAX previously participated in composing ENHYPEN’s song “Too Close.”
“Love Insane” is an upbeat, rhythmic track that expresses the emotions of a man gradually going crazy in love. Its infectious energy is fueled by lively drum beats, bold synths, and dynamic brass sounds.
Jay shared through Belift Lab, “MAX is an artist with a wide musical spectrum who inspires me in many ways. I’m happy to challenge myself with a new sound through this great song.” He continued, “I usually show a rock-oriented musical style. This time, I focused on delivering high notes in a clean and soft tone within a groovy melodic line. Please look forward to this fresh transformation.”
Jay is known for his solid vocal skills, covering a wide range from smooth low tones to soaring high notes. In ENHYPEN’s sixth mini album, which was released last month, he contributed to producing, lyric writing, and even played guitar.
Last year, Jay also featured on the 30th anniversary single 'Whodunit – GLAY × JAY (ENHYPEN)' by legendary Japanese rock band GLAY, where he took part in both the featuring and Japanese lyrics.
