
Jimin of BTS has once again topped the 'July 2025 Idol Individual Brand Reputation Rankings,' according to data released by the Korean Business Research Institute.
The rankings, derived from big data analysis conducted throughout July, placed BTS’s Jimin in first place, followed by Big Bang’s G-Dragon in second and BLACKPINK’s Rosé in third.
Rounding out the top 30 were: BTS’s Jungkook, BLACKPINK’s Jennie, IVE’s Jang Wonyoung, BTS’s SUGA, BTS’s Jin, BLACKPINK’s Lisa, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo, BTS’s J-Hope, BTS’s RM, IVE’s Ahn Yujin, BTS’s V, aespa’s Winter, IVE’s Rei, Red Velvet’s Joy, Red Velvet’s Wendy, THE BOYZ’s Juyeon, SHINee’s Key, TWICE’s Momo, SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi, THE BOYZ’s Sunwoo, Red Velvet’s Yeri, Red Velvet’s Irene, TWICE’s Sana, EXO’s Baekhyun, SEVENTEEN’s Wonwoo, and SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu.
Koo Chang Hwan, Director of the Korean Business Research Institute, explained the results, stating,“BTS’s Jimin, who ranked No.1 in July 2025, showed high scores in link analysis with keywords such as ‘overwhelming,’ ‘unrivaled,’ and ‘consistent.’ Keyword analysis highlighted terms like ‘Hoo,’ ‘cake fairy,’ and ‘ARMY.’ In sentiment analysis, Jimin recorded a remarkable 94.05% positive rating.”
The monthly rankings reflect an individual idol’s influence and public interest, gauged through media coverage, consumer participation, communication, and community metrics.
