ATEEZ has officially confirmed their Japanese comeback with the release of their second full-length album ‘Ashes to Light’, set for September 17, according to their agency KQ Entertainment. This marks their first Japanese studio album in about 4 years and 6 months since ‘Into the A to Z’, released in March 2021.
On July 22 KST, KQ Entertainment announced the news by unveiling a teaser image on ATEEZ’s official social media channels. The teaser features the members against black and white backgrounds, capturing their striking visuals and charismatic expressions to create a luxurious atmosphere.
The new album ‘Ashes to Light’ carries a message of “new hope rising from hardship.” It includes 9 tracks in total—four previously released singles (“NOT OKAY,” “Days,” “Birthday,” “Forevermore”) as well as five new songs.
Ahead of the album’s release, ATEEZ will kick off their ‘IN YOUR FANTASY’ world tour in Japan, beginning with a three-day concert in Saitama from September 13, followed by Nagoya on September 20–21 and Kobe on October 22–23. The agency stated that these performances will showcase ATEEZ’s captivating stage presence and heighten anticipation for the new album.
On the day of the album’s release, ATEEZ will also hold a showcase event, where they plan to perform new songs and engage with local fans through various interactive segments.
