A 'Dispatch' report published on June 21 KST described the details surrounding the incident which occurred on May 30 JST in Tokyo, Japan, involving former The Boyz member Ju Hak Nyeon and AV actress/influencer Asuka Kirara. According to the media outlet, One Hundred had valid reasons for removing Ju Hak Nyeon from The Boyz and terminating his exclusive contract.
First, the 'Dispatch' report broke down the details surrounding the incident on May 30 JST. The media outlet reported that the following individuals were gathered during Ju Hak Nyeon's outing in Tokyo, including: 'A' (Japanese, male, designer), 'B' (Korean, male, designer), Asuka Kirara, 'C' (Japanese, female), 'D' (Japanese, female), 'E' (Japanese, female), and of course, Ju Hak Nyeon himself.
For the first part of the evening, the party started out with Ju Hak Nyeon and his 2 male designer acquaintances, who enjoyed themselves at a bar at around 1 AM. They then headed to a karaoke bar, spending approximately 2 hours there. Afterward, the party relocated to a private lounge at 4 AM, where they were joined by Asuka Kirara and the other Japanese women. The party later disassembled around 6 AM, after which Ju Hak Nyeon and Asuka Kirara took a taxi to Asuka Kirara's home. Ju Hak Nyeon finally returned to his designated hotel (for his overseas schedules) later that afternoon.

Next, 'Dispatch' explained why One Hundred had valid reasons to dismiss Ju Hak Nyeon from The Boyz and terminate his exclusive contract.
According to the Shūkan Bunshun, Ju Hak Nyeon and Asuka Kirara were seen embracing on the streets of Roppongi before heading to Asuka Kirara's house in a taxi. Believing that evidence of attendance at a drinking gathering with an AV actress, intimacy with the actress, and an unreported absence from his hotel during his overseas schedule qualified as actions which could severely damage the reputation of an idol group, One Hundred met with Ju Hak Nyeon to confirm the facts.
At first, according to a representative of The Boyz, Ju Hak Nyeon admitted, "I did not pay for anything. The hyungs paid. I don't want any of this to damage the other members."
For One Hundred, Ju Hak Nyeon's confirmation of the incident was reason enough to seek both his removal from The Boyz and the early termination of his exclusive contract, said the agency rep. In a previously released press statement, One Hundred confirmed that Ju Hak Nyeon's contract was terminated based on "article 6 clause 3 of the exclusive contract," which states that any actions significantly damaging the reputation of a popular entertainer to the extent that such actions may hinder the artist's entertainment activities may be cited as a reason for the early termination of the contract by one side.
The agency rep also commented, "Ju Hak Nyeon did not return to his hotel that night. I asked him where he went, and he said that he went to Asuka Kirara's house. He boasted that he slept with her."
The rep added on, "Later, when the company decided on his departure from the group, he claimed that it was unfair. He then went back on his words. He said that he didn't actually sleep with Asuka Kirara, just lied about it to look good."
In the end, according to 'Dispatch', One Hundred chose to remove Ju Hak Nyeon from The Boyz out of concern over the significant impact that this incident would have on the group's reputation.
Meanwhile, Ju Hak Nyeon has asserted that he never agreed to his departure from The Boyz nor to the early termination of his exclusive contract. The idol wrote on June 20 KST that he had been driven out from his team "simply for the reason that [I] attended a private gathering with a famous individual," strongly denying any involvement in the solicitation of prostitution.

Finally, 'Dispatch' revealed a DM exchanged with Asuka Kirara. She wrote, echoing her previous SNS statement,
"Aside from my professional career, I have never once engaged in any form of prostitution. Even when I was offered a large payment, I rejected the offer. I have never once offered private sexual services for payment. That goes without saying for this recent issue as well. I do not know if you will believe me, but I am telling the truth. I don't know why such rumors started in the first place."
'Dispatch' attempted to conduct further interviews with the actress, asking, "Why did you go to that gathering?" and "If there is a misunderstanding, can we ask for an interview? We can meet you in Japan". Asuka Kirara, however, made no additional remarks.
