Choi Jun Hee, daughter of the late actress Choi Jin Sil, has confidently embraced her body after a dramatic weight loss transformation.
On June 3, Choi shared a full-body mirror selfie on social media with the caption, “Nothing is guaranteed, but in today’s world, the most beautiful thing is my body.”
Earlier, she posted before-and-after photos from her weight loss journey, writing, “170 / 96 >> 41kg. This is the best place for visual body check. #BodyCheck #Model #03liner #Diet #MaintenanceMode #fyp #model #like.”
Choi previously revealed that she had battled lupus, an autoimmune disease, which caused her weight to rise to 96kg. She has since lost a significant amount of weight through intense preparation for a body profile photoshoot. She has also spoken openly about undergoing double eyelid and nose surgeries.

“People ask if losing weight changes your life. Yes, it does. A lot,” she wrote, alongside multiple photos showing her body before and after shedding 55kg. In the recent images, she appears noticeably thinner, revealing her current physique.
Choi also shared past photos from when she was heavier, writing about a toxic relationship: “My ex used to verbally and physically abuse me. He’d say, ‘You should be thankful I’m dating you,’ or ‘Who else would want you with that body?’ That guy was trash.” She added that he even left a comment on her recent weight loss reel, referencing a friend — “I wonder what he was trying to say.”
On May 22, she further reflected on her past struggles, saying, “When I was on high-dose steroids for lupus, I ate five meals a day by default. At night, when the hospital lights went out, I would sneak to the convenience store and binge on six cups of ramen, rice balls, chips, candy, chocolate, and ice cream — like a one-person mukbang.”
She continued, “The nurses told me not to go to the store, but I didn’t have the mental or physical strength to listen. My body kept growing, my face collapsed… I had hit rock bottom and kept digging.”
