Park Na Rae shared that she experienced severe stress following a theft incident, but reassured that everything has now been resolved.

On the 594th episode of the MBC variety show 'I Live Alone,' which aired on May 2, Park Na Rae expressed concerns about hair loss.

During a visit to a clinic specializing in hair loss, Park Na Rae underwent a stress test and received the following diagnosis: “Your stress levels are quite high—very high. It seems to be acute and recent. Also, you’re severely lacking in sleep. Your alpha and theta brain waves are very low. Those levels should be high to indicate proper rest. While a normal score is in the 70s, yours is in the 30s.”

When the doctor asked, “Are you not sleeping well?” Park Na Rae responded, “I do sleep about eight hours, but I keep waking up throughout the night.” The doctor replied, “This seems to be from recent stress.”

Impressed by the accurate assessment, Park Na Rae jokingly asked, “You didn’t happen to read about me in the news, did you?” bringing laughter tinged with sadness.

In a personal interview, she reflected, “A lot has happened. The past eight days felt like eight years. I kept appearing in the news. Every day was filled with one shock after another,” she said, sounding distressed.

When the Rainbow Club members laughed, Park Na Rae added, “Everyone, the important thing is, it’s all resolved now. It’s been a complete reset. The prosecution investigation is over, and I’ve recovered all the stolen items. So I’m no longer stressed. I sleep well now.”

Recently, Park Na Rae suffered a theft at her residence, with valuables worth tens of millions of KRW stolen. She discovered the theft on April 7 and reported it to the police, missing her scheduled appearance on MBC Standard FM's 'Son Tae Jin's Trot Radio' that day.

Initially, since there were no signs of forced entry, suspicions arose about a possible inside job. However, after an investigation, police arrested a man in his 30s with a prior theft record on April 10. 

It was revealed he had unknowingly broken into Park Na Rae’s house, not realizing whose residence it was. He is also being investigated for other theft cases. After the suspect’s arrest, Park Na Rae resumed her regular schedule, including filming for Home Alone on April 14.

In 2021, Park Na Rae purchased a standalone home in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan District, Seoul, for 5.5 billion KRW (3.9 million USD). She has shown the property in multiple variety shows, including 'I Live Alone.'
