BTS member Jin continues to make a meaningful impact through his acts of kindness.
On May 5, Seoul Asan Medical Center announced, “In celebration of Children’s Day, Jin of BTS has donated ₩100 million (approximately $73,000 USD) to the hospital’s children’s ward.”
According to the hospital, Jin shared, “My heart aches every time I see children battling illness. I decided to make this small donation in hopes that these children can recover quickly and play joyfully again.”
The donation will be used to improve medical services and facilities for pediatric and adolescent patients.
Meanwhile, Jin is preparing for his first-ever solo fan concert tour. The Korean leg of the "#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR", scheduled for June 28–29 at the Goyang Sports Complex Auxiliary Stadium in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang, sold out immediately upon release.
The tour will kick off in Korea and continue to Chiba and Osaka in Japan, Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, and Newark in the United States, as well as London in the UK, before concluding in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Jin will meet fans in 18 shows across 9 cities worldwide.
The concert title, "#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR", is a spin-off of the BTS variety series "Run Seokjin", released weekly on the group’s official YouTube channel. It represents Jin’s heartfelt journey to connect with fans around the world.
