
HyunA revealed her current fitness routine during her appearance on MBC FM4U’s ‘Noon’s Hope Song with Kim Shin Young’ on May 7.
Ahead of her comeback, HyunA shared that she’s been focused on exercising. “I work out with my trainer for an hour a day, and then I walk for about six hours,” she said, adding, “There are so many great running shoes these days.”

She confessed that leg workouts are particularly tough: “I really hate squat machines — they make me nauseous.” When Kim Shin Young asked if she works out on an empty stomach, HyunA replied, “I’m trying to lose some weight right now, so I eat as little as possible and focus on exercising.”
HyunA also mentioned that while she once held an art exhibition, she’s now shifting her attention to new interests. “There’s so much I want to do — make music, hike, run marathons. I used to enjoy just lounging around, but now I feel more motivated.”
