DAY6 Wonpil praised for providing meals and personally handing out his gifts to 2,000 fans at event

DAY6's Wonpil has moved fans with his thoughtful gestures.
On an online forum, netizens discussed and reacted to a kind act carried out by Wonpil on the day of his offline performance recording event. Two thousand lucky fans, randomly selected, were invited to the stage recording, where Wonpil offered sweet gifts as a show of gratitude for their attendance.
For all attendees, Wonpil prepared a food truck, a resting area with wifi, and a selection of free merchandise.
At no cost, fans at the event were each given a lunch box filled with tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), soondae (steamed blood sausage), and small fried side dishes. Both the box and the complimentary bottle of water also featured Wonpil's sticker.
In the resting area, fans were able to relax, cool down indoors, and use complimentary wifi.
After the event, Wonpil held a 'hi + bye' session where he greeted fans up-close in person. According to attendees, Wonpil made eye contact with each fan and personally handed out free humidifiers that also function as mood lamps, engraved with his logo.
In addition, he also gave out free photo cards. Attendees reported that he did not simply pass by but made an effort to have brief conversations with fans as they walked by upon receiving their gifts.
Seeing these gestures, fans applauded the idol for his thoughtfulness and generosity. Those who could not attend for various reasons expressed their envy, calling the lucky attendees very fortunate while referring to Wonpil as an "angel."
