Here are five quick recipes inspired by the foods your fave K-pop idols love, perfect for satisfying your hunger. Let’s get cooking!

1. Kimchi Fried Rice (Kimchi Bokkeumbap)

Steps:

Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until rice is coated and slightly crispy.

Top with green onions and a fried egg, if desired. Serve hot!

2. Tteokbokki (Spicy Rice Cakes)

Stir in gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, and sugar to make the sauce.

Add tteok and fish cake (if using). 

Simmer for 8–10 minutes, stirring, until sauce thickens.

Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.

3. Kimbap (Seaweed Rice Rolls)

Toss for 2–3 minutes until combined.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm or cold.

5. Korean Egg Roll (Gyeran Mari)

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. 

Pour in half the egg mixture.

Cook until half-set, then roll from one side to the other. 

Push to one side and add more egg mixture, repeating until all is rolled.

Slice and serve warm.
