Actor Ha Jung Woo surprised fans with his laid-back appearance in the bustling streets of Myeongdong.
On May 25, Ha shared a photo on his personal social media account with the caption “Sunday Myeongdong.” The image shows him casually walking through the crowded shopping district.
Wearing a ball cap, glasses, and a mask—with his eyes clearly visible—it was unmistakably the famous actor. Still, he seemed to go largely unrecognized by the public, comfortably blending in with the crowd in a relaxed outfit.
Netizens reacted with amusement, leaving comments such as “That’s really Ha Ajusshi,” “Did no one recognize him?” and “If you dress like that, no one would guess you’re a celebrity.”
Meanwhile, Ha Jung Woo lent his voice to the upcoming film 'The Nameless', set to premiere on June 25. The film tells the story of anonymous missionaries who brought hope and faith to Korea during the dark days of Japanese colonial rule.
Earlier this year, Ha also returned as both director and actor in the film 'Lobby', reconnecting with fans through his creative storytelling.
