London-based fashion brand Self-Portrait has launched its Pre-Fall 2025 campaign starring BLACKPINK's Jisoo, photographed by Drew Vickers in Seoul. This is the third campaign featuring the global musician and actress, chosen not just for her fame but for her captivating presence.
Titled "Dreams of Past Lives," the campaign blends AI-generated backdrops with a nostalgic yet futuristic aesthetic. Vickers’ innovative use of AI creates surreal dreamscapes that highlight the collection’s retro-modern vibe. Designer Han Chong described the collaboration with Jisoo as a creative rhythm, while Jisoo emphasized the trust and freedom she feels working with Chong.

Jisoo shared, "Working with Han and Self-Portrait is always really inspiring; I feel completely empowered to be myself while at the same time having the freedom to tap into the different sides of my personality and style. There is a real sense of trust between Han and I, and I feel with this new campaign we have dreamt up something really new and refreshing.”
Han Chong, Founder and Creative Director of Self-Portrait, also said, “Even with everything she’s achieved, there’s still a sense of mystery about her, and I think that’s what makes her such a compelling face for the brand. There’s a natural creative rhythm between us that makes each campaign feel like a continuation of a conversation we’re still having."

The collection showcases Jisoo in a mix of grounded yet fantastical looks, including lace blouses, gingham bandeaus, and cotton mini dresses, styled against imagined environments. The campaign blurs the line between reality and fantasy, mirroring the mood of the collection.
The Pre-Fall 2025 collection is now available globally in stores and online.
