XG reveals release date for re-cut single 'IN THE RAIN'

XG has announced that “IN THE RAIN” will be released as a re-cut single.

“IN THE RAIN” is an R&B-inspired track from XG’s second mini-album 'AWE,' which was released last November and marked their first-ever entry on the Billboard 200. 

“IN THE RAIN” has been performed during XG’s ongoing world tour, 'The first HOWL,' earning high praise for its captivating choreography featuring umbrellas. Additionally, “IN THE RAIN x XDM” will be included alongside the re-cut and an instrumental version for the first time. The song retains the essence of the original track while infusing it with a strong energy, offering a new perspective. 

The single is slated for release on April 11.

Meanwhile, XG is set to make their Coachella debut on April 13 as the only Japanese artist on the lineup.
