Minji has parted ways with the girl group Busters.

On March 19, Minji announced on her personal social media account, "About a month ago, I left Busters, which is under Marbling Entertainment."

She reflected on her time with the group, saying, "Over the past five years, I’ve gained many experiences and memories as a member of Busters. I first met my fans when I was just 15, and thanks to all of you, I’ve learned and grown so much."

Minji continued, "Every day up until now has been truly happy for me, and I want to let my fans know that my feelings have always been sincere. Thank you for giving me such happy and wonderful memories."

Meanwhile, Busters was a five-member group that debuted in 2017 with the single "Dream On." The group went through a restructuring back in 2020 when all the original members had left the group. The group was created with new members and re-debuted in 2022.
