The production company, led by director Shin Woo Seok, firmly denied all accusations, stating that the claims circulating online are completely false. The statement emphasized that the MV in question was not uploaded without prior consent from advertising partners, countering speculation that has rapidly spread across social media and online communities.
Dolphiners Films expressed deep regret over the misinformation and confirmed that they are pursuing both civil and criminal legal action to clarify the situation. The company stated that they have already submitted objective evidence—including video logs and recorded communications—to the relevant investigative authorities to prove their innocence.
