On April 7, the YouTube channel TEO released a 'SalonDrip' teaser video featuring the main cast of MBC’s new Friday-Saturday drama 'Perfect Crown,' including IU, Byeon Woo Seok, Gong Seung Yeon, and Noh Sang Hyun.
During the interview, Byeon Woo Seok was asked about the behind-the-scenes of the much-talked-about wall kiss scene with IU. He commented, “When you kiss, your noses touch, right? Our cheeks touched, and because it was hot, it felt moist.” IU added, “There was a nose mark left on my cheek.”
Curious, Noh Sang Hyun asked, “How many times did you kiss?” IU responded, “Countless times,” while Byeon Woo Seok confirmed, “We really did that scene many times,” heating up the atmosphere on set.
IU also teased fans by hinting at her co-star Noh Sang Hyun’s appeal, saying, “As the drama progresses, Noh Sang Hyun looks really sexy.” Byeon Woo Seok added, “Even just standing still, he’s so sexy that I even forgot my lines,” further raising anticipation.
Meanwhile, IU expressed surprise upon learning that Gong Seung Yeon, whom she thought was the same age as her (born in 1993), is actually a “fast 1993” in Korean age. Gong Seung Yeon joked, “Most of the friends I meet socially are born in 1992, but age doesn’t really matter,” prompting IU to laugh and say, “Even if younger people call me ‘hey’ or ‘yo,’ I don’t mind… as long as they aren’t my siblings.”
