BoA is drawing attention after revealing that she walks more than 5,000 steps a day inside her home alone.
On the 24th, a video titled “I've never been on a blind date in my life” was uploaded to BoA’s official YouTube channel. In the video, BoA had a relaxed conversation with the production team, where she shared updates about her daily life and current situation.
She revealed that after purchasing an Apple Watch, she became curious about how much she walks at home—and was surprised to discover that she clocks over 5,000 steps each day without even leaving the house. When the production team jokingly asked, “Do you live in a mansion where you have to drive from the front door to the living room?” BoA laughed and responded, “Absolutely not.”
Explaining why she moves around so much, BoA said, “I like water, so even when I’m watching TV, I keep getting up to drink water. And even if I’m just sitting on the couch and spot a single hair on the floor, I get up to pick it up. There are so many little things that bother me, so I just keep moving.”
