As the date for season 3 of the megahit Netflix series 'Squid Game' approaches, excitement is reaching new heights. Recently, Korean netizens discovered new information about the season's episode count, further increasing anticipation.
According to an information platform, Namu Wiki, 'Squid Game 3' is expected to have only six episodes. Additionally, it was revealed that the budget for season 3 is 100 Billion KRW (68.9 million USD).
Season 3 will be released on June 27. Although Netflix has not officially confirmed the episode count, fans are expressing disappointment over the shorter season. Many are sharing that 6 episodes might not be long enough to conclude the complex storyline and will not do justice to the new characters that have been introduced in season 2.
