EXO’s Kai thanks fans on his birthday, shares an update.
Kai, a member of the group EXO, celebrated his birthday on January 14th KST and shared a brief update with fans.
Through his Instagram story, Kai posted a simple message: “Thank you,” along with a photo of himself. In the picture, he is seated, wearing glasses and a beanie, with a subtle smile as he gazes at the camera.
EXO’s official Weverse channel also celebrated his birthday with a post titled ‘KAI’s ORDINARY DAY.’ The agency encouraged fans to send Kai messages of support, writing, “2025 HAPPY KAI B-DAY.” The post included lyrics from EXO’s song ‘Falling For You’:
“I want to run to you and embrace you on your shoulders. Have you been waiting for me for so long? My heart is full of thoughts about meeting you. It’s okay to have high expectations.”
Kai has been serving as a social service agent since May 10, 2023, after an unexpected enlistment announcement. During his absence, EXO released their 7th full-length album ‘EXIST’ in July 2023 and promoted the title track ‘Cream Soda’ as a seven-member group.
Fans are eagerly awaiting Kai’s return, as he is expected to complete his service and be discharged next month.
