aespa’s Winter shares her childhood dreams and beliefs about astrology.
On January 13th KST, aespa’s official YouTube channel uploaded a video titled “Today I’m a Western Chef: Napoli Mafia x Winter’s Cooking Class and Birthday Party”, featuring Winter as the host. During the video, 'Culinary Class Wars' winner Napoli Matfia asked Winter about her childhood aspirations.
Winter revealed, “If I hadn’t become an idol, there were a lot of jobs I wanted to try. Being a singer was my main dream, but it seemed like a difficult path, so I also considered becoming an elementary school teacher or a nurse.”
She also shared her thoughts about caring for children, saying, “I love kids, but since I’m the youngest in my family, I’ve never had the chance to take care of a baby. I sometimes hesitate to approach them because I worry they might feel uncomfortable around me. I was also a shy child myself, so I think if the child I cared for were like me, it could be awkward.”
The conversation then shifted to astrology, where Napoli Matfia shared, “I had my fortune read at the beginning of 2024, and they told me I would have great luck at the end of the year and continue thriving into 2025. It was spot-on with what I experienced while preparing for ‘Black and White Chef.’”
Winter added her thoughts, saying, “I heard that 2024 will be better than 2023, and 2025 and 2026 will be my best years. So, I’m fully trusting it. Astrology is science!”
The video highlighted Winter’s candid personality and her ability to form relatable connections with fans through her down-to-earth stories.
