Onew, a member of the group SHINee, has successfully concluded his solo fan meeting in Taipei. According to reports on April 4, 2026 KST, the event titled '2026 ONEW FANMEETING [Tough Love]' took place on April 3 at the NTU Sports Center in Taipei. The fan meeting, which shares its title with his 5th mini-album 'Tough Love' released in March, was conducted under the theme "Love Counselor." During the event, Onew transitioned into a supportive figure for his audience, offering sincere advice in response to various stories shared by fans alongside his musical performances.
The performance opened with 'Gradation' and 'Sign', immediately energizing the venue with Onew’s signature sweet tone and stable vocals. The excitement reached its peak with the title track 'Tough Love' and the B-side track 'X, Oh Why?', where he demonstrated his "all-rounder" status through a sophisticated balance of vocal depth and polished choreography. In addition to the musical stages, the event included interactive games and live renditions of fan-requested songs, providing a diverse and engaging experience for everyone in attendance.
Closing the event with an affectionate message, Onew thanked the audience and expressed his desire to continue repaying their support through high-quality music and stages for a long time. Following the success of the Taipei show, he is scheduled to continue his tour with a performance at the KBS Arena in Seoul on April 11.
