Singer and actress Son Dam Bi has shared the joyful news of her pregnancy.
On the 4th, Son Dam Bi uploaded a video titled "Pregnancy Vlog | Fitness and Diet Management" on her YouTube channel.
In the video, she revealed her dedication to maintaining a healthy lifestyle now that she is 18 weeks pregnant. Son Dam Bi said, "I’ve started doing Pilates seriously. It’s been about a month. My doctor also highly recommended swimming," sharing updates about her experiences with water exercises and Pilates as part of her rigorous routine.
She also opened up about her approach to diet management. Son Dam Bi said, "For breakfast or lunch, I eat very lightly, just enough to fill me up. There are days when my appetite surges, and on those days, I eat a lot without worrying too much. However, I try to have dinner by 6 PM and avoid late-night snacks." She added, "Still, pregnant women inevitably gain weight. I have no idea where it's going, though," expressing her honest thoughts.
Son Dam Bi also shared updates on her recent checkup. She shared "Today marks the start of my 19th week of pregnancy. I went to the hospital two weeks ago for detailed tests, including bloodwork, and received praise from my doctor. They told me that my levels of Vitamin D and other nutrients are all perfectly balanced," she said. "I’m usually a very lazy person without a clear goal, but when I have one, I go all out. Before pregnancy, I didn’t even bother taking supplements, so this feels like a completely new side of me."
Additionally, Son Dam Bi announced that she has set her delivery date. "I will be having a C-section, and today my doctor and I finalized the date. It’s my D-day," she said, confirming her plans for a scheduled C-section.
