BTS's Jungkook sets a new Weverse record as he draws over 20 million viewers for his latest live stream

BTS's Jungkook surprised fans on December 18 by starting a live stream on Weverse.

The global idol made a surprise appearance on Weverse with a rare live stream during his break from mandatory military service. The broadcast quickly attracted an overwhelming number of viewers as excited fans rushed to spend quality time with their beloved idol.

Jungkook warmly greeted fans sharing, "Hi~! Wow, it's been so long. I've missed you." He also asked the fans, "How have you been? Have you been well everyone? I've been the same with the Supreme beanie hat. Let's continue with the live streaming. I'm nervous since it's been so long. Haha. I don't know what to say."

The live stream recorded an impressive 20.2 million viewers and gained 292 million likes, setting new Weverse records.
