Lee Min Jung is set to make her comeback to the small screen in the upcoming drama ‘Alright, Let’s Get Divorced,’ where she will star alongside Kim Ji Suk.
The drama tells the story of a couple, owners of a wedding dress shop, who wish to end their exhausting marriage. Returning to drama after five years since ‘Once Again’ in 2020, Lee Min Jung will portray Baek Mi Young, the head of the wedding dress shop, Gian White.
In the drama, Baek Mi Young dreams of becoming a female tailor, inspired by her father who runs a tailor shop. After losing her parents in an unexpected accident, she dedicates herself to work. She marries Won Ho, a wedding shop designer who stood by her side, and co-founds Gian White. Despite her efforts to keep the company afloat during difficult times, she announces her decision to divorce after seven years of marriage.
Kim Ji Suk will play Ji Won Ho, Baek Mi Young’s husband and co-representative of Gian White.
The drama’s broadcast schedule is currently being finalized, with a target release in the first half of next year.
