NCT Dream to release English-language single 'Rains in Heaven' later this month

NCT Dream will be releasing an English-language original single later this month on August 23 at midnight ET, titled "Rains in Heaven". 

The single is described as a 1980s pop number combining a rhythmic drum, bass, and synth sounds. The lyrics deliver a message of empathy and encouragement for those suffering from difficult times. Member Mark participated as a lyricist.

Furthermore, the performance version of "Rains in Heaven" will be unveiled for the first time during the South American leg of NCT Dream's ongoing 2024 world tour, 'The Dream Show 3 : DREAM( )SCAPE', kicking off in Bogota, Columbia on August 31. Fans heading to see NCT Dream's tour dates in South America, North America, and Europe will be able to see the group perform "Rains in Heaven" live.

[UPDATE] According to SM Entertainment, member Renjun, who has been on a temporary hiatus from activities due to health reasons, will be participating in the English-language single as well as related promotions. However, in order to continue focussing on his recovery, the NCT member will not participate in the group's tour.
