Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung, who recently opened up about experiencing burnout, has gone on vacation to Italy.
On August 19 KST, Kang Min Kyung shared, “First day in Northern Italy... I just visited heaven for a moment. (I really intended to just rest and not film a vlog this time, but... I felt I would regret it if I didn’t capture any of it, so I’m recording little by little),” along with several photos from her trip.
In the photos, Kang Min Kyung is seen enjoying her trip to Italy. Wearing a strappy dress, she poses against picturesque landscapes, showcasing her pure, goddess-like beauty, drawing admiration.

Earlier, Kang Min Kyung had shared a video on her YouTube channel showing her receiving counseling from a psychiatrist. During the session, she confessed, “I’m a singer, I run a fashion brand, a cosmetics brand, and a YouTube channel.
YouTube takes up the most time physically. I’ve been doing this for 4-5 years now. Recently, I just found myself lying down for two straight days. It was so frustrating. I kept thinking, ‘I need to get up, I need to do something quickly,’ but by the end of the day, it felt so agonizing.”
Kang Min Kyung added, “Some people say it’s burnout, others say it’s ADHD. My managers noticed it first and told me it was burnout. I manage to get things done, but the process is tough, and I’m very hard on myself, which keeps lowering my self-esteem.”
After conducting an autonomic nervous system test, the psychiatrist explained, “The results are almost normal, though your sympathetic nervous system is slightly suppressed, but it’s not severe. Your tension is definitely lower than normal, and you’re slightly fatigued. The drop in productivity, concentration, memory, and procrastination in decision-making are all symptoms of burnout.”
