2PM's Junho has become the owner of a building on Apgujeong Rodeo Street.
According to real estate insiders on August 1, Junho purchased a commercial building located in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on March 12 for 17.5 billion won ($12,804,004.50 USD). The building, which has a basement floor and four stories above ground, has a total floor area of 830.8 square meters. It currently houses officers, a brunch cafe, nail shop, and a ballet academy.
The building also has a security deposit of 200 million won ($146,396.26 USD) with a monthly rent of 20 million won ($14,638.08 USD), and it's managed by Shinhan Asset Trust Company. It's also located a 5-minute walk from Apgujeong Rodeo Station, making it a prime location with high foot traffic on both weekdays and weekends.
Building Lab Real Estate Agency manager Park Ji Eun further stated the area is expected to see significant development due to the redevelopment of apartments in Apgujeong-dong.
Notably, the building was previously owned by late actress Kang Soo Yeon, who bought it for 8 billion won ($5,855,594.40 USD) in 2017 before passing away from a brain hemorrhage in May of 2022.
