Ahn Jae Hyun revealed he had trouble carrying a single watermelon.
On the July 30th episode of 'Cultwo Show', Ahn Jae Hyun shared on DJ host Muzie, "I lived in the same apartment as Muzie. I saw him working out a lot. His body is so toned and impressive. He has a physique like a tennis player." A listener then wrote in, "Let him know Ahn Jae Hyun's look are in season."
DJ host Kim Tae Kyun then mentioned, "I saw you carrying a watermelon on 'I Live Alone'. Was that the same kind of watermelon I'm familiar with? You seemed to struggle with it." Ahn Jae Hyun responded, "The watermelon was 8kg (17.6lbs), and it was heavy for me. Even dumbbells over 3kg (6.6lbs) are tough for me to carry."
When asked about his lack of appetite, Ahn Jae Hyun said, "I usually do cardio or run. I gain weight easily based on what I eat. In the morning, I eat about 3 to 7 cherry tomatoes. Since I'm doing outdoor variety shows, I don't have time to go to the bathroom, and my stomach feels better when I maintain an empty stomach."
As for eating in the evenings, the actor replied, "If I don't have a shoot, I eat as much as I want. If I have a shoot, I quickly eat before 6PM and then go to sleep. These days, I'm really into tofu and eating it diligently."
