BIBI, the talented singer, recently shared a candid revelation about her battle with panic disorder during an episode of Shin Dong Yup's Youtube show, which aired on April 29 KST.
During the show, BIBI bravely admitted to experiencing panic attacks, confessing, "There were times when I felt like I couldn't breathe." She recounted moments of sheer panic, expressing her initial disbelief and fear, "I thought I was having a serious health issue."
Driven by concerns for her well-being, BIBI underwent medical tests, and her agency also expressed worry for her condition. Reflecting on the challenging period, she shared, "I sought medical help and took medication, but it significantly impacted my ability to work. I felt paralyzed, unable to focus on anything." Despite the ordeal, BIBI resolved to adopt a positive outlook, declaring her determination to prioritize her happiness even in the face of criticism.
