Hyoyeon, Bomi, Lim Na Young, and more being held in Bali after variety show filming crew fails to obtain filming permits

AKP STAFF

It's been reported on April 26 KST that the filming crew of the KBS Joy variety program 'Pick Me Trip in Bali' is currently being held in Bali, Indonesia, for filming without a permit.

Previously, the cast and crew of 'Pick Me Trip in Bali' including Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon, Apink's Bomi, Choi Hee, Lim Na Young, and SECRET NUMBER's Dita departed for Bali on April 21. The crew was scheduled to return after completing all filming on April 25.

However, it was discovered that the production staff failed to obtain a filming permit, and as a result, the passports of all of the cast members as well as approximately 30 members of the filming crew were confiscated by the local authorities. The crew is currently being investigated while remaining in their hotels. It's believed that the investigations will conclude some time early next week.

One insider commented, "It's an embarrassing situation. For now, we cannot assess the situation properly until the investigation is completed. We will do our best to make sure that the crew returns as soon as possible."

'Pick Me Trip in Bali' was originally scheduled to air on KBS Joy some time in May.

KBS is owned by SK government and they won't follow another country's laws. How embarrassing.
