Actor Kim Soo Hyun's real estate possessions are estimated to be worth approximately 30 billion KRW (~ $22 million USD), according to media outlet reports from April 25 KST.
Currently, the actor possesses three real estate properties, including his home at Galleria Forêt in Seongsu-dong. Kim Soo Hyun initially purchased this 217-square meter residence in October of 2013 at 4.02 billion KRW (~ $3 million USD). It's price has since risen to an estimated 13.5 billion KRW (~ $9.8 million USD).
In May of 2014, Kim Soo Hyun also purchased a 170-square meter residence at Seoul Forest Trimage at 3.02 billion KRW (~ $2.2 million USD). Then, in January of this year, the actor again purchased a private penthouse at 8.8 billion KRW (~ $6.4 million USD).
According to the current market value of all three properties, Kim Soo Hyun's real estate possessions are estimated at 28 billion KRW (~ $20 million USD) and up to 30 billion KRW (~ $22 million USD).
