Han So Hee has revealed that she has removed all her facial piercings, which had garnered attention.

On October 28 KST, the actress posted a lengthy blog post about her current situation, mentioning that recently she underwent surgery for a deviated septum, started boxing, and found time to visit her grandmother. She also revealed that she removed the piercings under her eye and on her lip.

She explained, "I had piercings for a while, but I removed them all now. I have the kind of personality that feels satisfied after trying something, and now [that I was able to try it], I feel relieved," she explained.

There were previously mixed opinions on the piercings from netizens. Some expressed concerns about how the piercings might limit her roles or become a hindrance to her acting career, especially considering her past experience with large-sized tattoos on her neck and arms, which she had also removed. However, others supported her decision, saying that her image suited the piercings and that she should be free to express herself as an adult.

Meanwhile, Han So Hee had previously drawn public attention when she shared images of her facial piercings last month. At the time, she mentioned that she did them simply because she wanted to, saying, "When it comes time to work, I'll just take them out. I did it because I never had them before." She continued, "If my piercing helps with character development in my next project, then I'll consider not removing it."

Regarding concerns about piercing scars, she explained, "I heard that I can get scarring if I keep the piercing for too long. But the scars I can remove using other methods, so I'm not worried about scarring."
