Seventeen's Jun will be greeting global viewers as an actor soon through his new film, 'The Shadow's Edge'.
The Chinese blockbuster action film, starring Jackie Chan, Tony Leung Ka-fai, and more, tells the story a retired police officer who is brought back into the field to track down a cunning gang leader. Jun will join the storyline as Hu Peng, the son of the targeted gang leader Fu Longsheng (Played by Tony Leung Ka-fai).
Meanwhile, Jun debuted as a child actor in China before making his idol debut in Seventeen. In 2023, he received the 'Popularity Award' at the 'Busan International Film Festival Asia Contents Awards & Global OTT Awards' for his Chinese drama 'Exclusive Fairytale'.
'The Shadow's Edge' is scheduled to premiere in theaters across the U.S. and Canada on August 22 (local time), before premiering in theaters in South Korea on September 20.
