In the digital age, the advent of technology has given rise to numerous applications designed to foster connections between fans and their cherished idols. These apps serve as dedicated platforms for fans to engage in meaningful communication with their favorite artists.

Recently, SM Entertainment announced the closure of its official fan club app 'Kwangya Club.' With this decision, SM Entertainment revealed that the artists under their label will be moving to Weverse, a global fan community platform developed by HYBE.

The agency posted a statement explaining that the services of the Kwangya Club will come to an end on September 10.
