BLACKPINK has broken the record for the highest-grossing concert by a group in history. The quartet earned nearly $10 million each night from their sold-out Mexico stadium shows.
BLACKPINK's Born Pink World Tour kicked off in Seoul in October 2022 and has since played to sold-out crowds in North America, Europe, and Asia.
In Mexico City, BLACKPINK played two sold-out shows at the Foro Sol stadium, which has a capacity of 65,000 people. The group's total gross from the two shows was $19.4 million or $9.989 million for each night, making them the highest-grossing concert by a group in history.
In addition to breaking the record for the highest-grossing concert by a group in history, BLACKPINK is also the highest-grossing tour by a female group. The group's Born Pink World Tour has grossed over $78 million, surpassing the previous record held by the Spice Girls.
BLACKPINK is a force to be reckoned with, and their success is only just beginning.
