On April 11, Rain posted the below images on Instagram, writing, "I exercise so hard, but I was diagnosed with pre-obesity. They told me I had to do regular exercise." The medical exam results state, "Overweight (pre-obesity stage). Be careful not to gain more weight. Regular aerobic exercise and a balanced diet are recommended."

The news was also a surprise to netizens as Rain is known for his exercise and diet regiment as well as his fit physique.
