Honda Hitomi becomes the female lead in the upcoming Japanese drama series

Honda Hitomi will be playing the female lead in a new Japanese drama series.

On September 6th, Honda Hitomi shared the news that she will be playing the female lead in the upcoming Japanese drama series. The drama tells the story of a travel agent working in Tokyo who tries to immigrate to Finland. 

This marks her first time playing the female lead in a drama series. She tweeted, "I'm a little worried since this is my first leading role but I'm also excited about gaining new experiences. I'll take it on my way. Thank you as always." 

Meanwhile, her drama will premiere on October 4th at 12:30 AM JST.
