Don Spike (Kim Min Soo, age 45), who was recently arrested on drug charges, is found to have previous criminal records on drug use charges.

According to the police, on September 29, it was confirmed that Don Spike had three previous criminal records on drug use other than the one he was recently charged with.

Earlier on September 28, Judge Lim Ki Hwan of the Seoul Northern District Court issued an arrest warrant for Don Spike, who is accused of violating the Narcotics Control Act, saying, "There is a flight risk."

Don Spike is accused of administering methamphetamine in areas in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The Nowon Police Station in Seoul arrested Don Spike at the scene where he allegedly administered methamphetamine. The police received a testimony of Don Spike's drug use while investigating another suspect. The suspect and Don Spike are said to be acquaintances, and both are being investigated.

On this day, Don Spike answered reporters' questions as he was leaving the police station after investigations. He only replied, "I will receive the deserved punishment," to questions such as "Are you admitting the charge?"' and "Is there anything you want to say?" To the question "when did you start taking drugs?" He answered, "Recently." To the question, "Is the use of drugs at multiple hotels intended to avoid investigations?" He answered, "No. I will tell you later.”
