IU's "Celebrity" achieved an annual No. 1 record on all music charts in 2021.
It reached number one on the Gaon Chart, Melon, Genie, YouTube Music, and Bugs annual music charts on January 25, setting IU's annual number one record for the first time since her debut.
Until now, IU's best performances on the annual chart were "Nagging" and "Night Letter," both of which took second place on the chart.
Meanwhile, IU won the main prize in both the album and music categories at the '36th Golden Disc Awards' held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 8th,
