STAYC have reached another peak in their career with their 1st mini album 'Stereotype'.

On September 29, High Up Entertainment stated, "STAYC's 1st mini album 'Stereotype' received the 'Official Initial Album Sales Certification Plaque' from Hanteo Chart". Hanteo Chart's certification plaque officially acknowledges artists who exceed a certain number of albums in first week sales. STAYC achieved a total of 114,203 copies with their 1st mini-album 'Stereotype', for the week of September 6 through September 12.

Among the many K-pop girl groups that debuted after 2020, STAYC is the only girl group to have sold more than 100,000 albums in the first week. Further, STAYC is now ranked the #8 girl group with the greatest first week album sales. STAYC's 1st mini album 'Stereotype' is based on the group's special signature 'teen fresh' concept, enriched with the STAYC members' unique 'high teen' charms. The album conveys the message that instead of being categorized into just one color, we actually have a variety of different colors and potentials within us.
