Song Joong Ki and Park So Dam are hosting the '26th Busan International Film Festival' opening ceremony.
On September 16, the two actors were confirmed as the hosts of the opening ceremony for the upcoming 'BIFF' in October. Song Joong Ki's label HiSTORY D&C previously announced he was in talks to host the ceremony.
This past year, he starred in the Netflix movie 'Space Sweepers' and the drama 'Vincenzo', and he's set to star in the film 'Bogota' and drama 'Chaebol Family's Youngest Son'. Park So Dam is known for starring in the Oscar-winning film 'Parasite' as well as the dramas 'A Beautiful Mind', 'Cinderella and Four Knights', and 'Record of Youth'.
The '26th BIFF' will be held from October 6 to 15 KST, and Director Lim Sang Soo's 'Heaven: To the Land of Happiness' has been selected as the opening film.
