LUMINOUS member Young Bin has recovered from COVID-19, and he will resume his preparations for LUMINOUS's official debut.
Previously, it was announced that LUMINOUS would be postponing their debut after one of their members, Young Bin, tested positive for COVID-19. On September 1 KST, their label BarunsonWIP announced that Young Bin was discharged from the treatment center and completed his mandatory quarantine.
Here is the official statement issued by BarunsonWIP:
"Hello, this is BarunsonWIP.
We inform you that our artist LUMINOUS's Young Bin has been lifted from quarantine.
After testing positive for COVID-19, Young Bin faithfully complied in receiving his treatment. On September 1, he was notified that his mandatory quarantine had been lifted, and he was discharged from the treatment center.
Currently, Young Bin is in good condition and will resume his preparations for LUMINOUS's music activities. We will soon make an additional announcement regarding LUMINOUS's debut schedule.
We will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our artists, and will follow all COVID-19 guidelines of the health authorities.
