Jeon So Mi fills in as guest MC for Ahn Yu Jin for this week's 'Inkigayo' episode

Jeon So Mi is a special MC on this week's 'Inkigayo.'

The solo artist has joined the SBS music program's fixed MCs Jihoon of TREASURE and Sungchan of NCT. She is temporarily replacing MC Ahn Yu Jin, who recently tested positive for COVID-19.

In a statement regarding her special MC appearance, Jeon So Mi commented, "I'm so excited to be able to special MC 'Inkigayo.' I'll be sure to give ['Inkigayo' viewers] my bright energy."


Meanwhile, as previously announced, Ahn Yu Jin's agency Starship Entertainment confirmed the former IZ*ONE member tested positive for COVID-19 while in self-quarantine. She is currently following the disease control department's orders closely and remaining in isolation.
