The LOONA members all tested negative for COVID-19, after a staff member was confirmed to have tested positive on July 9th. Blockberry Creative, LOONA's agency, released a statement regarding the issue.

Below is the official statement released by Blockberry Creative:

"Hello

This is Blockberry Creative.

On July 9th, one of LOONA's staff members was confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19, and the members of LOONA (Heejin, Hyunjin, Haseul, Yeojin, Vivi, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, Choerry, Yves, Chuu, Go Won, Olivia Hye) and all related staff underwent a rapid COVID-19 test.

According to the test results, all of the LOONA members and staff were declared 'negative'.

Health authorities have not given us any instructions as of yet. However, we have decided to suspend the promotional activities of LOONA's fourth mini-album '&' starting on July 10th, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to take safety measures in accordance with quarantine guidelines, and decide whether or not we will resume their activities.

We apologize for causing concern to many people who might have been surprised by the sudden news.

We will continue to follow the quarantine guidelines of health authorities in order to ensure the health and safety of our artists."
