On May 18, social media was filled with discussions of a rather ridiculous topic. 

There are often feuds among K-Pop fans as fandoms of different groups clash with one another over the popularity of their favorite idol group. However, on this day, netizens and other K-pop fans were dumbfounded as fandoms of NCT sub-units - NCT Dream and NCT 127 -  were in a heated argument.

With NCT Dream setting new records with their first full-length album, 'Hot Sauce,' it seems that some NCT Dream fans were discussing that NCT needs to separate into different groups and were bragging about their accomplishments.

Some NCT Dream fans have been using NCT Dream's records to speak ill of the other unit group, while netizens and other K-pop fans posted various reactions on social media. It even had the hashtag #127zensVSdreamzens trending worldwide. Most of these fans and netizens have found the argument pointless and dumbfounded. NCT fans are criticizing that these few fans who are making a ridiculous argument are embarrassing the fandom and hopes the feud will soon subside.
