Fans are celebrating the 30th birthday of INFINITE member L/actor Kim Myungsoo with hashtag events on Twitter and advertisements on subway stations and other platforms. The hashtags #인피니트의_영원한_엘_생일축하 and #Happy30thLDay are trending in South Korea and worldwide.
Myungsoo is currently serving his mandatory military duty in the marine corps and fans are gushing over his pictures in military uniform.

1. L cosplay - A running joke among INFINITE and INSPIRITs is the famous L cosplay. L is the strong and silent, moody persona while Myungsoo is the lovable, dorky, approachable catboy.
2. When he failed to smuggle raw chicken into Mexico - you read that right! Myungsoo was stopped by customs on arrival in Mexico only to find raw chicken breasts in his suitcase. Safe to say, despite the lack of chicken, Myungsoo managed to perform with INFINITE and wow the crowd.

3. When he won tickets to INFINITE's showcase - we wonder why he entered the competition in the first place, but the important thing is, he won!

Before enlisting, Myungsoo released his solo digital single 'Memory' as an emotional present to the fans.
