Blackpink’s  latest song, a collaboration with Selena Gomez, has officially hit 194M views. Ice Cream has broken How You Like That’s record as the youtube video that has gotten the most views in 24 hours. However, some fans are complaining about the unfair line distribution in Ice Cream. Lisa has the most lines, mainly because of her solo rap, 38.8 seconds, or 27.1% of the song. Jennie ranked second in the distribution with 29.6 seconds of lines, or 20.7% of the song.The seconds-per-member then drop drastically, with Jisoo receiving 17.6 seconds, or 12.3% of the song. However, there is some contemplation as fans suspect that Jisoo is not actually singing “ Ice  Cream chillin’ chillin’, Ice Cream chillin’.”  

And finally, Rose received just 16.2 seconds of lines (11.3%), the least in “Ice Cream” and less than half of Lisa’s lines. As Ice cream becomes a song of the summer, some Blinks are hesitant. “I don’t think YG entertainment is treating Rosé and Jisoo properly. I’ve checked the song lyrics, and all the results are the same. Rosé and Jisoo have the least lines. They are the main and lead vocalists respectively, so they should have the most lines. And I think that Jennie should have a solo rap as she is the main rapper and Lisa is only the main  dancer. However, this is just my opinion, so no hate.
